Gabriel and Ditmir have each spent more than a decade in the industry — including 8+ years running their own consultancies — and have come together to build Novaeris: supporting businesses through an ever-challenging technology landscape, and above all, bringing AI into quality engineering responsibly.

Co-Founder
Ditmir Hasani
Ditmir is the co-founder of Novaeris and an industry leader in software engineering, quality engineering and digital transformation, with more than 10 years of experience delivering complex technology programmes across government, media, transport, retail, financial services, energy, artificial intelligence and blockchain.
Combining hands-on engineering expertise with strategic leadership, Ditmir has designed automation frameworks, built cloud-based delivery pipelines, validated complex data platforms and led multidisciplinary engineering teams through major product launches. He has frequently been appointed as a lead engineer or Head of QA, taking ownership of engineering quality, release readiness and delivery confidence across business-critical platforms.
His career includes nationally significant government programmes, global consumer-product launches and emerging blockchain and AI platforms. He has helped organisations establish engineering capabilities from the ground up, modernise legacy systems and embed quality throughout the complete software-development lifecycle.
Ditmir graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems.
Beyond Novaeris, Ditmir serves as CTO of the UKAP Foundation, a UK charity, where he leads the organisation's technology direction.

UK Home Office – Law Enforcement Data Service
One of the lead QA engineers and a member of the launch team supporting the rollout of the new national policing system.
Midnight – Input Output / IOG
Lead QA for the launch of the Midnight blockchain and major releases including Glacier Drop, Redemption and Scavenger Mine, validating billions of token allocations and complex cross-chain journeys.
Transport for Greater Manchester
Led the quality engineering transformation behind Andy Burnham’s flagship Bee Network programme, supporting the multi-year transformation of Greater Manchester’s transport services under public control.

Led the complete QA and quality-engineering function for PUMA’s global digital-commerce transformation, covering international web and mobile launches, payments, accessibility and release automation.

Part of the launch team behind DAZN’s expansion into more than 200 countries, engineering test solutions across smart televisions, consoles, streaming devices, microservices and digital-rights management.

Gabriel is the co-founder of Novaeris, bringing over 12 years of experience leading quality engineering, enterprise test architecture and digital transformation across government, healthcare, financial services, transport, retail and energy.
