Common questions
Should we automate all of our testing?
No. Automation is best for stable, high-value, repeatable checks. Exploratory testing, usability and new features still benefit from skilled human testers. We help you find the right balance for your product and risk.
Our automation suite is flaky. Can you fix it?
Yes. We diagnose the root causes (usually timing, test data, environment or design issues), fix or remove the unreliable tests and put patterns in place so flakiness doesn’t creep back.
Playwright or Cypress?
Both are good tools. For most new web projects we recommend Playwright for its speed, cross-browser support and parallelisation, but we work with Cypress where it’s already established and working well.
Will our team be able to maintain the automation?
That’s the goal. We build with clear conventions, document the framework and pair with your engineers so they own it confidently.
